Before Designing
Mould vision before starting the design, we check the part analysis. In part Analysis checking and mention wall thickness analysis, Draft analysis, Sink mark analysis, Patring line analysis, Core and Cavity surfaces analysis, Part orientation analysis, Ejector and Feeding point analysis, A number of cavities, shrinkage of the part, Plastic material, etc.
All the Above completed analysis, we take customer approval and start the mould designing.
After the completion design, generate Mould design DFM and take approval from the customer. After completed designing start the mould flow analysis.
All above steps completed, start the manufacturing.
